Return and Refund Policy for custom made clothes

At Dina’s AMazing Creations, we take pride in creating unique, handmade custom personalized clothing tailored specifically to your preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have implemented the following non-return policy:


1. Customization Process: Each garment is meticulously crafted to meet your specifications, making it unique and one-of-a-kind. We work closely with you throughout the customization process to ensure your complete satisfaction.


2. Quality Assurance: Our team adheres to high standards of craftsmanship and quality control to deliver products that meet or exceed your expectations. However, if there is a defect or error on our part, we will gladly rectify the issue at no additional cost.


3. No Returns or Exchanges: Given the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or mistake on our end. We encourage you to carefully review all customization or personalization details before placing your order to avoid any discrepancies.  In the event that you receive clothing items with defects or damages, we offer a refund or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.   Provide details, including photographs of the defects. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, arrange for a refund or replacement. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns may be covered by us, depending on the circumstances.


4. Exceptional Customer Service: Our dedicated customer service team is available to address any concerns or inquiries you may have regarding your order. We are committed to providing prompt and courteous assistance to ensure your shopping experience with us is enjoyable and hassle-free.

 Manufacture Defects


  1. Contact Customer Support: If you discover a defect in the children's clothing you have purchased, you should contact us by email, or the live chat option within 7 days after the item(s) have been marked as delivered by the postal service.  
  2. Provide Necessary Information: You must provide your order number, details about the defect, and send clear pictures of the defective item by email. This information helps us assess the issue accurately.
  3. Verify Eligibility: We ensure that the customer is within the 7-day notification timeframe from the date of receiving the item. If you are, we proceed with the return/replacement process.
  4. Package the Item: You must securely package the defective item in its original packaging.
  5. Ship the Item: You must ship the defective item back to our designated return address and keep a record of the tracking number for your reference.
  6. Inspection and Processing: Once the defective item is received, we will inspect it to confirm the reported defect. If the defect is verified, we will proceed with processing the return.
  7. Issue Refund or Replacement: Depending on your preference, we can either issue a refund for the returned item or send out a replacement free of charge.  
  8. Follow-Up: After the return has been processed, we will follow up with you to confirm that you are satisfied with the resolution.
